• Manage and maintain WHMCS billing system, including client accounts, invoicing, payment gateways, and automation. • Monitor and reconcile transactions, handle overdue invoices, and generate financial reports from WHMCS. • Configure and troubleshoot WHMCS modules for hosting, domains, SSL, and servers. • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth integration of billing with server and hosting operations. • Respond to client billing inquiries professionally via ticket/email. • Audit billing processes to identify discrepancies, fraud risks, or technical misconfigurations. • Maintain system documentation and propose improvements for billing efficiency and accuracy.
