• Operate and maintain pumps, valves, and water channels. • Monitoring water flow rates and utilization in the hatchery. • Monitor water levels in ponds • Coordinate with aeration and dredging teams to maintain pond conditions. • Record and report water supply activities and incidents. • Implement water conservation measures in line with sustainability practices. • Follow safety protocols when handling pumps, valves, and water channels. • Report hazards, leaks, or unsafe working conditions. • Ensure safe water handling practices to prevent contamination. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager

• Certificate in water management, fisheries and aquaculture or related fields • Experience in water management or irrigation systems. • Knowledge of pump operation, plumbing, and basic hydraulics. • Understanding of aquaculture water requirements. • Ability to work outdoors and under physically demanding conditions.
