• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, focusing on the receipt, storage, and distribution of seed, chemicals, and fertilizers. • Oversee the receiving process, ensuring that all products are inspected, recorded, and stored accurately. • Maintain proper inventory levels by organizing, tracking, and managing stock effectively. • Ensure that storage conditions meet regulatory and safety standards, particularly for chemicals and fertilizers. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. • Implement and maintain effective warehouse safety protocols, especially for handling hazardous materials. • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to all safety and operational procedures. • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports for management. • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations for the handling of agricultural chemicals.
