• Present a variety of menu options and take the lead on suggestive selling based on customer preferences.
• Handle customer interactions at various levels of customer touch points.
• Assist guests in navigating the menu comfortably.
• Take orders and deliver them to the table neatly and accurately in accordance with the ticket specification.
• Present menus to guests and answer any questions about menu items.
• Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to address any guest concerns and notify the manager when necessary.
• Maintain shift float money, ensuring no shortages.
• Ensure timely closure of counter variances.
• Take care of counter machines.
• Present bills on time and accept payment.

• Special Conditions of Employment:
• Must have at least an O Level certificate.
• Must have been in the company for at least six months or have equivalent skills from a food and beverage setup.
