KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, review, and process visa applications
• Provide accurate information and guidance to applicants
• Manage document tracking and filing systems
• Handle incoming emails and phone inquiries
• Prepare reports when necessary
• Support the daily organization and smooth functioning of the office

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must be residing in Kampala or willing to relocate
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
