• Manage scheduling, email, and calendars across multiple entities. • Research complex topics: fine art investments, tax implications, fractional executive opportunities, real estate, and historical preservation. • Keep our digital systems organized (Google Workspace, Slack, automations, file structures). • Assist with probate, appraisals, nonprofit updates, and fundraising platforms like GoFundMe. • Track project progress and provide concise reports. • Run quick sentiment checks and research on tech/AI innovation topics. • Handle highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (bonus if you’ve worked in estates, startups, or tech). • Strong technical skills with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Squarespace, Cloudflare. • Comfortable with research-heavy tasks and complex multi-entity operations. • Bonus points for experience with automation tools (Zapier, Python). • Organized, proactive, and able to operate without hand-holding. • Direct communicator who values clarity and speed. • Available 8–12 hours/week, with flexibility for fast-moving priorities. • Based in US time zones (EDT–3 to UTC+1 preferred).
