• Education: A Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science, or a related field. • Experience: At least five years of experience managing a library, preferably in a university setting. • Tech-Savvy: A solid understanding of modern library systems and Artificial Intelligence tools. • Who You Are • A Forward-Thinking Leader: You love using technology to improve how we do things. • A Great Communicator: You work well with others and can lead with confidence. • Organized and Goal-Oriented: You know how to plan, organize, and make things happen.
