• Recruit, train and retain a sales workforce of minimum 10 agents • Create leads, markets and sales channels for the sales team. • Ensure sales budgets are met on monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Ensure collection of all due premiums are done by respective agents • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports • Any other role as assigned by the agency manager

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in business administration or related field. • Possession of professional qualification in insurance or any related field. • Marketing and sales skills with a minimum experience of 2 years • Experience in team management, Bancassurance, is an added advantage • Effective and interpersonal skills • Computer knowledge and report writing skills • A good track record of management skills • A good track record on productivity and meeting targets
