Role: Unit Manager

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales unit of Financial Advisors.
• Establish strategic sales plans to hit and exceed group revenue targets.
• Provide hands-on field coaching, performance tracking, and continuous training.
• Maintain ethical standards, business quality, and high retention rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2-3 years in sales management or senior advising within insurance/banking.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
