1. Programme Objectives and Goals The Uganda Clays Graduate Training Programme is guided by the following objectives: a) Build a Sustainable Talent Pipeline b) Enhance Talent Retention and Career Growth c) Strengthen Succession Planning 2. Target Group The programme is open to fresh graduates (with less than 2 years of post-graduation experience) from the following academic backgrounds: Mechanical Engineering: Degree holders Electrical Engineering: Degree holders Industrial Chemistry: Degree holders 3. Programme Duration This is a 24-month programme that includes structured rotations and performance assessments across key functional areas such as: Production Internal Audit Finance Each graduate will undergo hands-on experience, mentorship, and periodic evaluations to support their growth and alignment with business needs. 4.
