We’re Hiring: Trade Development Representatives (TDRs)

Locations: Uganda – Central, Eastern, Western & Northern Region

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Trade Development Representatives (TDRs) to grow and manage our agent network across Uganda.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and driving performance of agents, ensuring strong distribution, increased transaction volumes, and excellent service delivery.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Recruit and onboard new agents within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents as key business partners
  • Drive agent activity, transaction growth, and overall performance
  • Support agents with training on products and services
  • Resolve agent issues including transaction and system challenges
  • Identify new trade opportunities and expand distribution channels
  • Conduct agent audits to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Track performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales, distribution, or agent network management
  • Experience in telecom, fintech, or mobile money is an added advantage

  • Excellent relationship management
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
