• 1) Receive and count cash at the beginning and closure of shifts • 2) Provide savings account balance details to customers. • 3) Undertake daily counting and balancing of the cash in the register as per provided schedules. • 4) Perform specialised tasks such as preparing statements, personal and money orders. • 5) Verify and receive loan and utility bill payments as well as mortgage payments. • 6) Record all transactions at the closing of each shift. • 7) Respond to customer queries relating to savings accounts as well as other bank-related products. • 8) Opening new accounts.
