Process customer cash entries with thorough due diligence. Escalate suspicious transactions to the Head Teller and Branch Operations Supervisors. Resolve customer queries, inquiries, and complaints as per management processes. Escalate unresolved complaints. Contribute to branch business growth initiatives for savings and credit. Maintain high-quality control in daily branch operations and report control lapses. Develop initiatives to improve processing efficiency and support branch cost control. Ensure proper document filing system.
