• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Mogo’s financial products. • Effectively explain product features, benefits, and terms to customers, tailoring the pitch to suit their specific needs. • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales. • Follow up on warm leads and manage a pipeline of prospects. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, in ERP. • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally. • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business for MOGO. • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators (KPls). • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

• At least a year’s experience in a Sales and/or customer support role • Proficiency in customer relationship and its processes • Strong communication, organizational, and computer literacy skills
