• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across Turnkey’s SDKs and APIs • Debug problems in TypeScript, React, mobile frameworks, and backend systems • Reproduce and document bugs, and work with engineering teams to fix them • Help customers set up authentication flows, signing logic, and configuration • Build example code, internal playbooks, and troubleshooting guides • Spot recurring issues and recommend improvements to docs and SDKs • Share product feedback from real-world developer experience

• 2–6 years in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React • Experience debugging APIs (REST, JSON errors, auth headers, etc.) • Strong communication skills and customer empathy • Ability to move fast and context-switch in a startup environment • Bonus: crypto/web3 exposure, React Native, DevTools, Postman, Sentry, Grafana
