Licensed financial institution at Forest Mall Lugogo, Block A, Ground Floor, Kampala.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruitment & Team Building: Recruit, onboard & retain high-performing sales agents, Expand team to meet targets.
2. Training & Coaching: Train on logbook products, sales & compliance,
3. Provide field coaching & mentoring, Manage performance.
4. Sales & Growth: Set & drive weekly/monthly targets,
5. Support lead generation & portfolio growth,
6. Identify new market opportunities.
7. Portfolio & Compliance: Monitor applications, disbursements & repayments,
8. Ensure KYC & documentation compliance,
9. Track performance & reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Finance
• 2+ years Logbook/Asset Financing MUST
• Proven leadership & target hitting
• Know Kampala well; Luganda & English
• Self-driven & target oriented
