• Compulsory schooling or equivalent technical course; • Experience in the area as a trainer with a Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies (CCP); • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in theoretical and practical training of machines used in the construction sector (grader, loader, excavators, crawler tractors, articulated dump trucks, cylinders) and trucks; • Good computer skills; • Good knowledge of the English language; • Excellent communication skills (oral and written); • Organizational and planning skills; • Adaptability; • Availability for mobility.
