KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategic Planning: • Identify and analyze current and future staffing needs across departments to develop targeted recruitment strategies. • Forecast hiring requirements and build talent pipelines to meet organizational goals. • Create and maintain a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: • Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to identify qualified candidates. • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications against job requirements. • Develop and manage a strong talent pool through proactive sourcing and relationship building. • Candidate Evaluation and Selection: • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with hiring managers, including behavioral and technical assessments. • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to make informed hiring recommendations. • Lead the interview process, ensuring consistency and fairness throughout. • Offer Management and Onboarding: • Present job offers to selected candidates, including salary negotiation. • Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company. • Employer Branding and Marketing: • Develop and implement strategies to promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. • Create compelling job adverts and content to engage potential candidates. • Data Analysis and Reporting: • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, acceptance rate) to identify areas for improvement. • Analyze recruitment data to inform future talent acquisition strategies and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Membership of the HRMAU • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Proven ability to source and attract top talent across various channels • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
