• i) An Honor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university. • A relevant professional certification is an added advantage (eg, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Comp TIA Network+/Security+) • ii) Minimum of 4 years’ experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure management, or a similar role. • iii) Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting licensing platforms, e government/ agency systems, or enterprise management software, windows/Linux servers, email systems, backups, firewalls, and virtualization technologies. • iv) Demonstrated knowledge of web-based platforms, server management, and relational databases, preferably MS SQL.
