• Your main duties and responsibilities will be: • Warehouse and invoice management • Conduct proper stock physical verification to ensure the quality and quantity of items ordered is received. • Timely communication of stocks delivered to program teams for timely dispatches and distribution. • Ensure sound access management of entries and exits in the warehouse space in the region. • Maintain updated stock records for all projects. • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure a timely escalation of any discrepancies. • Control inventory levels by conducting periodic counts and reconciling these with monthly reports. • Packaging and labelling dispatches correctly. • Ensuring accurate stock dispatch documentation. • Support with purchase requisitioning for departmental needs, e.g., consumables and fleet. • Compilation of supporting payment documentation for timely payment processing. • Purchase order follow-up and expeditions with suppliers to ensure a timely turnaround time. • Follow up on pending documentation to support payment processing, like invoices, Goods Received Notes, reports, and attendance lists, among others. • Archiving and reporting • Maintain a sound archiving system on the DRC SharePoint platform for all supply chain-related documentation for any reference purposes. • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports to the line manager. • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the line manager from time to time.

• To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate understanding and working knowledge/experience of logistical principles, concepts & processes.
