• Ensure projects are executed using best practice Project management guidelines. • Implement projects as per scope finalized with MTN Group. • Attend products and services steercom to keep the team updated on projects progress and seeks approvals required at each stage in the project. • Ensure regular project reporting as per business requirements. • Ensure that all components of this project is implemented within specified timelines and within quality plan. • Ensure handover of all completed projects to the respective internal customers. • Prepare project timelines with fully interdependence in the project activities. • Ensuring all projects follow customer centricity guidelines. • Properly Manage Project Contracts • Properly Manage Project procurement & Reporting • Properly Manage Project risks • Project human resource management • Manage project documentation.
