JOB SUMMARY

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Stores Officer (Coffee) to oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of coffee products and related materials. The role ensures accurate inventory management, proper storage to maintain quality, and effective coordination with procurement and production, while supporting stock monitoring, reporting, and compliance with safety and control standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in stores or warehouse management (coffee preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO/FEFO)
• High attention to detail with good record-keeping skills
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and inventory systems
