• Receive and take charge of goods ordered and stored in the store. • Check quality and quantity of goods supplied against specifications. • Issue goods as per authorized requisitions and stores procedures. • Record issues and stock balances, maintaining stores records. • Maintain optimum stock levels and manage the re-stocking process. • Follow up with the procurement unit to ensure timely delivery of required materials. • Ensure the store is well-maintained in terms of cleanliness, health, safety, security, and order. • Arrange for stock taking. • Facilitate inspection of stores by auditors and other authorized persons. • Prepare and submit periodic reports as required.

• Three (3) years of continuous work in a similar position. • Knowledge, Skills & Competencies • Ability to plan. • Good communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel). • Integrity. • Good interpersonal skills. • Professional Degree/Certification • Minimum Diploma in Procurement, Logistics and Inventory Management, Stores Management, or related field.
