• Maintain accurate inventory movement records of all items.
• Carryout daily reconciliation and update stock cards.
• Receive, verify and document daily transfers of finished goods from production.
• Inspect the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approve or reject the final products.
• Physically inspect and verify all items from suppliers against purchase orders and supplier delivery documents.
• Work with the supervisor to initiate replenishment of all stock items.
• Ensure good customer service through timely serving of customers and exercising good customer care.
• Maintain a comprehensive up to date document retrieval system for all store transactions.
• Ensure correct items and quantities are loaded as per the loading documents.
• Prepare monthly stock reports.
• Maintain clean and organised storage areas at all times.
• Participate in monthly,quarterly and end of year stock taking exercise.
• Operate and control the weigh bridge.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain management, Procurement and Logistics or any related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in stores department.

• Must be proficient in IT and computer use
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• High moral character and integrity is a must
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Should have knowledge in records management and inventory management
• Should have strong customer service skills
• Should be a team player, highly flexible and able to multitask
