Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials in accordance with approved documentation
• Supervise loading of items for customers and verify dispatch accuracy
• Perform daily physical stock counts and prepare opening balances for reporting to the office
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the store at all times
• Issue goods based on approved requisitions, invoice notes, and delivery notes.
• Participate in stocktaking and verification exercises as scheduled by management
• Organize and label stock systematically to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
• Manage and supervise store personnel, including support and casual staff.
• Train store staff on material handling, safety, and inventory identification procedures.
• Monitor and control material damage, ensuring proper handling and storage practices
• Ensure that physical stock levels consistently match bin cards and system records
• Enforce compliance with all workplace safety standards and procedures
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management

Academic Qualification, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Self-motivated individual with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
