• Receive, store, and distribute materials per approved documents. • Instruct and verify loading of items to customers. • Conduct daily physical stock counts and prepare opening balances. • Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of stores, including labeling for easy identification and retrieval. • Issue goods based on approved requisitions, invoices, and delivery notes. • Participate in stocktaking or verification as scheduled. • Manage and supervise store manpower, including training support/casual staff on material handling and identification. • Control material damage and ensure physical stock aligns with bin cards and system quantities. • Enforce safety rules and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma in Stores Management or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills with strong reasoning ability. • Effective and clear communication skills. • Self-motivated with strong teamwork abilities.
