• As a Stock Controller, you’ll play a vital role in the efficient operation of our M-KOPA retail hub. Your responsibilities will include: • Inventory Management: Handle the receiving, allocation, and reconciliation of stock with high accuracy. Conduct weekly stock audits for indirect outlets assigned to you. • Sales Support: Assist in stock allocation, support customers with product upgrades, and manage aged stock effectively. • Reverse Logistics: Track and manage the return of stock to the warehouse, ensuring all procedures are followed, and documentation is completed accurately. • Customer Service: Log and resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot device issues, manage in-warranty repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service. • Retail Space Management: Keep our retail hub neat, clean, and visually appealing, ensuring marketing materials are in good condition and requesting replacements when necessary. • Reporting: Provide daily reports on stock activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all records.

• Excel Wiz: You’re comfortable with Excel and enjoy working with data. • Eager to Learn: You have a positive attitude and a passion for growth and development. • Customer Care or Stock Management Experience: You have experience in customer care or stock management.
