• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of station staff to ensure smooth operations. • Monitor inventory levels, reconcile sales and collections, and report any discrepancies. • Oversee cash handling and ensure all transactions are processed accurately. • Maintain site cleanliness and ensure all equipment is properly functioning. • Conduct daily product quality checks, including density and water testing. • Ensure accurate display of fuel prices and compliance with company pricing policies. • Enforce adherence to safety, health, and operational standards at the station. • Verify that all safety equipment (fire extinguishers, sand buckets, etc.) is in good order. • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. • Act as deputy to the Site Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of operations

• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent qualification. • 2–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the petroleum sector. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to operational excellence. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. • Candidates based in or around Kabale, Uganda are highly encouraged to apply.
