Donswift Company is hiring a Sous Chef with the following duties and responsibilities;
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the chef in preparing meals, including premium steaks and sides.
•Oversee mise-en-place, stock usage, and kitchen organization.
•Maintain food hygiene and supervise kitchen operations when the chef is absent.
