PROJECT MANAGER /, DELIVERY MANAGER

ThinkX Software Ltd is looking for a highly organized and results-driven professional to take ownership of project coordination, client commitments, developer follow-up, and timely delivery.

THE ROLE

You will ensure that projects and client customizations move from requirements to development, testing, deployment and client acceptance without delays or miscommunication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate multiple software projects and client customizations.
• Capture and document client requirements.
• Plan, assign, and track tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Follow up with developers and remove blockers.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployments.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular updates.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, and scope changes early.
• Help improve delivery processes and team productivity.

Naalya, Kira Municipality, Uganda

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, software delivery, product operations, IT coordination or similar role.
• Experience working with software development teams is highly preferred.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar tools is an advantage.
