Software Developer – Loan Management Systems (LMS): We are looking an experienced Software Developer to manage and improve our Loan Management System.

The role involves system development, integrations, and ongoing technical support.

Requirements:

Develop and maintain the Loan Management System
Build and manage APls for integrations
Handle database management and optimization
Troubleshoot system issues and support users
Manage Linux servers and deployments
Support integrations with mobile money and fintech platforms
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fintech or microfinance
Strong experience with Loan Management Systems
Good understanding of lending / loan lifecycle processes

Technical Skills

Java (Spring Boot), MySQL / PostgreSQL / MariaDB, REST APIs,Hibernate / JPA, Linux server management
