KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create engaging content (videos, photos, captions, and stories) for TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Snapchat, Instagram, and X.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency and quality (KPIs will be provided).
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional).
• Strong skills in content creation (video editing, photography, graphic design).
• Familiarity with social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics) is a plus.
