KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage platform-specific content managers
Develop and execute social media strategy across all platforms
Create engaging content strategy for Gen Z audience
Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries
Execute paid social campaigns and track performance
Monitor trends and identify viral content opportunities
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
4-6 years in social media marketing (2+ years in leadership)
Proven track record of growing engagement and followers
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
Trend-savy with creative storytelling abilities
