• Develop, implement, and manage company’s social media strategy specifically for the FMCG products. • Define key social media KPIs relevant to the FMCG industry. • Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to our target audience. • Measure the success of every social media campaign and adjust strategies as needed. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the FMCG industry. • Utilize social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align social media strategies with business goals. • Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization to improve reach and engagement. • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers to enhance brand visibility. • Train and mentor team members on social media best practices. • Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance. • Work with external 3rd party / agency towards social media posts management. • Engage regularly with 3rd Party / agency and populate Monthly dashboards towards social media campaign / posts with respect to Targets set.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Information Technology or any other related field. • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager/Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry for minimum 2 Years’ experience. • Experience in graphic design and video editing. • Knowledge of online marketing channels and FMCG-specific marketing strategies. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools. • Hands-On experience with Microsoft Tools & MacBook preferred. • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their best practices. • Knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, ASP and WordPress. • Skills & Professional Attributes Required: • Effective verbal and written communication. • Professional personal presentation. • Customer service orientation skills. • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how they relate to FMCG goals.
