• Create and post engaging content on all social media platforms. • Design visually appealing graphics, posters, flyers and other digital assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva and other designing tools. • Actively look for engagements and followers to grow company’s social media presence. • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and follow-ups on social media. • Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations to the company on how to improve products/services. • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field of work. • At least a Diploma or higher in a relevant field. • Proven experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. • Ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms. • Excellent communication, team payer and customer service skills. • Should have passion for social media and graphic design. • Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and provide actionable recommendations
