KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bridal shop.
• Manage and train sales staff and tailors to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle inventory management, supplier relationships, and stock ordering.
• Ensure all client orders are processed, tailored, and delivered on schedule.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail business management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in the fashion or bridal industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
