KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and institutionalize SHERQ policies and systems • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and accident investigations • Promote a safety-first culture through training and compliance monitoring • Ensure company-wide adherence to ISO and NEBOSH standards • Serve as liaison with environmental, health, and safety regulators

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Relevant bachelor’s degree with NEBOSH certification • Postgraduate qualification in OHSE • At least 7 years’ experience in HSE, safety analysis, or logistics-related field • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices
