• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of bulk LPG to Shell Gas customers across Uganda. • Maintain full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, environmental guidelines, and Vivo Energy’s HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality) standards • Actively develop the bulk Shell Gas customer portfolio in key sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality. education, and institutional services.

• Fleet Capacity: Applicants must own or have reliable access to a fleet of LPG bulk trucks with a capacity between 1,000 to 5,000 tonnes, that are suitable for safe and efficient deliveries. • Technical Competence: Applicants must possess demonstrated compliance with LPG handling and safety standards, including qualified personnel and valid industry certifications. • Financial Strength: Evidence of financial capability (working capital) to support continuous operations, including provision of a valid bank guarantee. • Market Development Capability: Proven ability and commitment to expand the bulk LPG market for Shell Gas through proactive business development and client relationship management.
