·        Receive and count cash at the beginning and closure of shifts

·        Provide savings account balance details to customers.

·        Undertake daily counting and balancing of the cash in the register as per provided schedules.

·        Perform specialised tasks such as preparing statements, personal and   money orders.

·        Verify and receive loan and utility bill payments as well as mortgage payments.

·        Record all transactions at the closing of each shift.

·        Respond to customer queries relating to savings accounts as well as other bank-related products.

·        Opening new accounts

·        Read, understand, practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

·        Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any course.
