• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance our market position. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making. • Achieve revenue growth targets, including identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching for new clients and projects. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and progress towards revenue targets • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like partners, and suppliers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the media or entertainment industry. • Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills. Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Professional certifications in sales or marketing certifications preferred.
