• Assists in the preparation of annual/quarterly business plan as well as the annual operating plan presentation • Performs replacement margin reported by business units and selling price adjustments after discussing it with business heads • Works closely with the team to calculate and discuss savings from planned initiatives with the head of operations/business heads • Assists in working capital management for the business by optimizing the level of working capital (i.e., inventories, receivables, etc) • Prepares a monthly flash report with the commercial controller within 3rd working day month-end and delivers it to the commercial controller • Prepares financial models, business cases, and feasibility studies for the company’s new ideas and potential cost-cutting solutions • Prepares a monthly business performance presentation for each category/value stream and business to ensure that selling prices provide the targeted margins • Reconciles management profit/loss books in order to detect and close gaps (if any) on a monthly basis • Prepares a monthly business Opex analysis and ensures that it is reported to management • Calculates yield/production losses and communicates with operations and manufacturing management • Reviews the landed-cost-matrix to ensure correct material costs are recorded in the system as well as updates standard costs for inventories • Attends the Material-Requirements-Planning meeting and validates purchase orders in accordance with the plan

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting • 3-5 Years working experience in a similar role in the Food and Beverages Sector is an advantage • Accounting Professional Certifications, i.e. ACCA, CMA, ICWA, CA, CPA are preferred. • Understanding of SAP ERP is an added advantage. • Communication Skills • Problem-solving • Leadership skills • Analytical Thinking • Result-Oriented • Negotiation skills
