Volven Staffing and Recruitment Limited is hiring a young, competent, and versatile female Secretary (between 18â€“25 years) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to work in a dynamic and professional environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

â€¢ Performing all general secretarial duties (typing, filing, minute-taking, scheduling, etc.) â€¢ Managing incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, letters) â€¢ Organizing meetings and maintaining diaries â€¢ Supporting administrative processes and HR filing systems â€¢ Maintaining office supplies and equipment â€¢ Welcoming clients and visitors professionally â€¢ Supporting staff with daily administrative tasks â€¢ Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion â€¢ Assisting in organizing company events and logistics

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

â€¢ Must be skilled in Graphic Design (e.g., flyers, posters, social media content) â€¢ (Female, Aged 18â€“25 Years) â€¢ Should be familiar with basic IT and office software â€¢ Should actively engage in all office activities â€¢ Must be highly organized, self-driven, and professional â€¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills â€¢ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
