Volven Staffing and Recruitment Limited is hiring a young, competent, and versatile female Secretary (between 18–25 years) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performing all general secretarial duties (typing, filing, minute-taking, scheduling, etc.)
• Managing incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, letters)
• Organizing meetings and maintaining diaries
• Supporting administrative processes and HR filing systems
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Welcoming clients and visitors professionally
• Supporting staff with daily administrative tasks
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Assisting in organizing company events and logistics

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Must be skilled in Graphic Design (e.g., flyers, posters, social media content)
• (Female, Aged 18–25 Years)
• Should be familiar with basic IT and office software
• Should actively engage in all office activities
• Must be highly organized, self-driven, and professional
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
