1. Secondary School Teachers (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Subjects Required:

Salary Range: UGX 400,000 – 900,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality subject-based instruction
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments
• Support learner academic performance and discipline
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and assessments
• Promote child protection and safeguarding standards

2. Primary School Teachers (03 Positions)

• Science & SST (Upper Primary)
• All Subjects (Lower Primary)

Salary Range: UGX 350,000 – 450,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned subjects following the national curriculum
• Support literacy, numeracy, and learner well-being
• Engage parents and caregivers in learning processes
• Maintain classroom discipline and safety

3. Early Childhood Development (ECD) Positions

a) ECD Caregivers (04 Positions)

Salary Range: UGX 350,000 – 450,000

b) Assistant ECD Caregivers (04 Positions)

Salary Range: UGX 150,000 – 250,000

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles):

• Provide age-appropriate care and early learning activities
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
• Support children’s emotional, physical, and social development
• Work closely with parents and school management

4. School Support Staff

• Support learner welfare and school operations

5. Vocational Skills Training (VST) Instructors

Salary Range: UGX 500,000 – 700,000

Key Responsibilities:
