TUMU Medical Institute is looking for two (2) hardworking individuals to work in its existing school banana plantation located in – Buhweju District

Job Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Weeding and slashing the plantation • Applying manure to maintain soil fertility • De-leafing (removing dry and excess banana leaves) • Propping and supporting banana plants • Controlling pests and diseases under guidance • Maintaining general cleanliness of the plantation • Harvesting bananas when ready • Carrying out any other farm duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Applicants must be:

• Honest and trustworthy • Hardworking and committed • Strictly not taking alcohol • Ready to start work immediately

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Salary

UGX 200,000 per month
