KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dairy farmers and feed suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• University Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of selling mineral cow feed or related products, with sales management experience in cow feed or related products.
• Strong understanding of dairy farming and animal nutrition.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with an international company is an added advantage.
• Established relationships, contacts, and dairy association with large-scale cow farms is an added advantage.
