• Ensure company products are distributed to the customers as per sales forecast. • Follow up with sales reconciliation on daily basis. • Ensure salesmen bank reconciliation and sales analysis are done before booking off and that no cash is brought to the office. • Ensure salesmen do not give out company products on credit unless with prior authority from the General Manager. This order must be adhered to by all salesmen in your zone. • Carry out company duties diligently with full responsibility of your zone and undertake to improve sales and expand market share. The agents and distributors in your zone are also your responsibility. • Ensure effective communication on any problem that you may encounter in the market but implement corrective action where possible. • Provide timely and accurate sales forecast for your zone on daily basis. • Perform any other assignments from time to time as decided by the immediate supervisor.

• A Job holder must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field from a reputable University with emphasis on sales and marketing or any business course. • Experience: A minimum of (02) years’ experience in sales & distribution in fast moving consumer goods. • Knowledge in Retail Business Operations. • Competencies/Abilities/Skills/Knowledge: • Integrity • Good computer knowledge • Demonstrated experience in managing and directing a sales team. • Demonstrated experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy. • Ability to see opportunities and translate into sale
