• Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met. • Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements. • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments. • Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. • Keep records pertaining to purchases, sales, and requisitions. • Hire, train, and evaluate personnel.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or related fields • Required Experience: 2-3 years in a sales supervisory role • Skills: Active Listening, Speaking, Monitoring, Judgment and Decision Making, Time Management • Required Knowledge: Customer and Personal Service, Administration and Management, Sales and Marketing, Education and Training • Language Proficiency: English • Preferred Qualifications • Preferred Skills: Active Learning, Service Orientation, Systems Analysis • Preferred Knowledge Areas: Personnel and Human Resources, Mathematics • Beneficial Experience: Experience in inventory management and pricing strategies
