• Attain sales growth by SKUs and ensure that the full range of products are available at each Network partner • Identify and acquire new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities. • Actively promote and sell Vegol’s soap and oil brands, ensuring proper product placement in the market. • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends. • Ensure timely order placements, deliveries, and collections while addressing any customer concerns. • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies. • Provide daily and weekly reports on sales performance, customer acquisition, and challenges faced. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. • And any other duty as assigned by the line manager or an authorized person.

• Minimum Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with riding permit • Minimum Years of Experience: At least three (3) years’ experiences in working with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the FMCG sector, preferably in soaps, oils, or household products. • Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Highly aggressive, results-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase sales. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with the ability to ride a motorbike to deliver stock to the customers at all customer levels.
