KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build relationships with potential clients.
• Promote and sell company insurance products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Residency in Kampala or nearby areas.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
