• Develop and grow business for NDT & inspection services (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT, welding inspection, tank calibration, QA/QC).

• Identify new clients and projects across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and the wider East African market.
• Manage client relationships with operators, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
• Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Coordinate with operations and QA/QC teams to ensure accurate costing and feasible execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional growth strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

3-7 years experience in sales/business development within NDT, inspection, QA/QC, or industrial services.

Strong understanding of NDT methods and inspection standards.

Proven experience dealing with Oil & Gas, EPC, power, or industrial clients in East Africa.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Willingness to travel within the region.

Candidates must be local Ugandan or East African.

Added Advantage

Exposure to ASNT / PCN / ISO-based inspection services.

Existing client network in Uganda / East Africa.

Experience working with international inspection or certification companies.
